El Monte Union High School District – Corrupt Administrative Oppressors
Shrinkage is the loss of inventory that can be attributed to factors such as employee theft, shoplifting, administrative error, vendor fraud, damage, and cashier error. Shrinkage is the difference between recorded inventory on a company’s balance sheet and its actual inventory.
Approaching eight months and counting, employees from the El Monte Union High School District were caught red-handed, beyond reasonable doubt, stealing equipment, fuel, and using District vehicles for personal use. It has been brought to our staff writer’s attention that an investigation has already been conducted and concluded. Nearly a dozen employees interviewed by the investigating firm, confirmed what transpired November 2020, was just the tip of an iceberg. These confirmations were not hearsay, speculation, or attempt to slander any persons’ reputations. These confirmations were first-hand accounts of information regarding the employees’ investigated.
They confirmed not only the incident in question, however also reported that it was not an isolated incident. Sources reported that the District’s theft was an ongoing issue for more than eleven months. Sources also reported that the El Monte Union High School Districts’ administration as well as the CSEA’s Chapter 11 Employees’ Union, and its regional representative have long been informed.
The employees in question have since been suspended with full-pay pending the investigation. Sources confirmed the employees in question have not returned nor has any disciplinary actions been taken towards the employees. This means they are still on administrative leave, receiving full-pay. Speculations’ of employees’ caught stealing will soon return to work. What is happening at the El Monte Union High School District? How difficult is it to enforce rules and consequences when rules and laws are broken?
When will the El Monte Union High School District stop corrupt pratices such as: nepotism, cronyism, discrimination, and systematic gaslighting its’ employees’? It has been an on-going practice that has exhausted the Districts’ hard-working employees’ and employees’ morales. Maintenance employees, are particularly exhausted. Workers’ can’t even console themselves that progress is near. The El Monte Union High School District, its’ systematic corruption, and abusive ways drastically continue to increase.
It is a fallacy to believe that going via the propper channels, formal complaints reported as instructed, working hard, and a positive attitude will allow employees equal opportunity to towards gaining promotions. The whistte blowers protection laws only exist in theory. The theory of “see-something, say-something” is non-existant. Informing or entering any form of complaint or question simply leads to increased corruption and abuse of honest hard working employees’. The administrative oppressors with power and authority continue treating honest employees with deprivation. They have drastically elevated their forms of abuse to newer and more frightening levels, utilizing fear and defamation of character, as choice methods of systematic gaslighting honest workers.
Since the wrongful termination of former Superintendent Perez, District employees’ opinions and morales shifted rapidly from supportive to negative to downright hostile. Superintendent Edward Zuniga and his “big-three” Board of Trustee members have managed to weaken District morale. Workers’ are sick and tired. The blunt corrruption and its vicious cycle, grows, while education takes a back seat to corruption. Employees’ want corruption to end, including alleged CSEA’s union corruption. Employees’ pay monthly dues, yet receive no support. Employees’ want real, equal, and just opportunities to obtain promotions.
Despite the fact that employees’ have done things correctly, obeyed the administrative oppressors, increased peerformance quality, held positive attitudes, and swallowed repeated lies fed to workers’ by those in power, there is no progress. The corruption and corrupt methods of operation inside the District continues to worsen, rapidly at an alarming rate. What employees’ continue to deal with is potentially a hostile takeover by administrative oppressors, their kin, and long time associates/friends. Assistance by higher authorities’ is the only hope for District employees’. Wokers’ hope for the day the corruption will stop, reports indicate cleaning house with a changing of the guard is necessary, and long over-due.
The administrative and union oppressors’ corruption is executed to such heights, it is as effective and ongoing as it is infuriating to District employees’ and employees’ morales. Employees’ are fed so many lies and given so many different responses by the administrative oppressors that they often wonder: “When will the oppressive-superintendents, board of trustees, and union treat workers’ with basic human rights?” Transactional incentives, such as quid pro quos, have grown more extreme than ever within the El Monte Union High School District.
