2. Is it true that Norma García’s and Maribel García’s uncle in a Utah bank oversees with the El Monte Promise $$$$?

3. Do the families know that by the time their children enroll in a university, their El Monte Promise $$$$, will reduce their student’s financial aid?

4. Do the parents know that the cost for college is so high that their student’s El Monte Promise $$$$ will pay only for some books, not  for the tuition?

5. Why is Jeff Seymour, the El Monte Promise Foundation President?  

6. Jeff Seymour lives in West Covina, not El Monte. Who elected him and to/for what means?
